She kept talking, talking, talking over.

He thought he was ok with that.

And she kept on talking.

She really complained and made a lot of fuss over the fact that he did not print out the ticket.

He understood her point, but nonetheless he did not think that his omission was a big deal.

“It is okay” he wanted to reply.

But he preferred to not say anything, not even looking at her face, just watching the other people moving forward on the queue.

“What happened to your hands?” she then asked him.

The guy looked down to his hands holding the handles of the bag.

He did not absolutely notice that they were shaking, trembling as if an epicentre of an earthquake was placed inside his wrists.
